As we flow through the summer of 2021, there is a constant level of uncertainty in how our service to society includes the highly valued connections between people that were enjoyed by Rotary Rotarians in earlier times. However, it is evident that the hand-to-face tradition is going to remain part of our routine. But Rotary is changing. It is still unclear how our work with humanity is going to incorporate the highly appreciated human connection which Rotary members enjoyed in the prior years. Although the "hands looking outwards" mantra is sure to become part of daily routines in our club, there's no doubt that the feeling of security is growing and more members have been able to make connections face-to-face. The reality is that Rotary has evolved. Rotary networks help to build lasting friendships. The outbreak has forced us to improve our technological practices. We maintain our business on the internet, while introducing a new social and service activity. To build a vibrant new future, we've taken these new opportunities and blended them with our most successful pre-pandemic behaviors.
