Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the final quarter of the 2010s. Aleesha was born in 1984, comes from an athlete's family. While her father was a bodybuilder, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in games like ice hockey. Aleesha was also active in various sports like basketball, softball, and soccer. She began bodybuilding at the age of 15 older. Aleesha received her professional license after winning her first championship at NPC USA Championships 2014 The first time she competed was in 2008.
